Media Stars To Become Bartenders For Charity Tonight

Tonight, a few local media stars will get together for a Celebrity Bartender event at City Gate Grille in Naperville to benefit Little Friends, Inc. 100% of our tips the bartenders make tonight between 6:00pm-9:00pm, along with 20% of the patio sales, will go to the charitable organization.

The celebrity bartenders from the Chicagoland media world tonight are sports talk show host on WMVP-AM and ChicagolandSportsRadio.com Jarrett Payton, midday personality on WERV-FM/95.9 The River and weekend personality on WUSN-FM/US99.5 Danielle Tufano, and Publisher of the Chicago Tribune-owned Naperville Magazine Leah Rippe. Other celebrity bartenders are Shane Beard, owner of FastSigns, and Ray Kinney, Maclyn Group partner.

All of the celebrity bartenders will be there for the entire three hour event, but here is the breakdown of who will be behind the bar at which time:
6:00pm-7:30pm - Shane Beard & Ray Kinney
7:00pm-8:00pm - Jarrett Payton
7:30pm-9:00pm - Danielle Tufano & Leah Rippe

The five bartenders will be located in CityGate Grille's patio bar, pouring, mixing, and begging desperately for tips. Rumor has it, the celebrity bartenders have a bet going on between them to see which shift can bring in the most tips. Help out the local media stars by tipping big after 7:30pm.

CityGate Grille is located at 2020 Calamos Court in Naperville, just off of I-88 and 59.

Little Friends, Inc. is a Naperville-based non-profit organization that has been serving children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities for 47 years.
