As he did last March, WGN-AM's "Mr. Fix-It" Lou Manfredini will once again be hosting "WGN Radio's Ultimate Learn-It-Yourself Day" this Saturday from 6:00am-2:00pm in Addison. The live event will feature presentations and workshops about home improvement, home financing, baking tips, a live radio show, a Q&A sessions with Manfredini, and much more.

The day kicks off at 6:00am, as Lou Manfredini and producer Lindsey Kreutzer will be doing their Saturday morning WGN-AM 720 radio show live from the event until 9:00am. That will be followed by hours of interactive exhibits for attendees. In addition to Manfredini and Kreutzer, WGN-AM's news anchor & host Andrea Darlas will be on hand, hosting two of the Saturday morning seminars.

A complete schedule of all of the presentations can be downloaded from HERE.

The eight-hour "Ultimate Learn-It-Yourself Day" will take place at the Addison Trail High School field house, located at 213 N. Lombard Road in suburban Addison. Admission and parking are free. WGN Radio will be handing out a free, reusable tote bag to the first 720 attendees who arrive (the number coinciding with their radio frequency, AM 720).

Along with all of the DIY information, there will be a fly casting demonstration, a baking demonstration, a caricature drawing booth, free giveaways, prizes, food & drinks, and other activities for the family.
