Required Skills:
- Adhere to all guidelines, policies and procedures of the station, Clear Channel Communications, Inc., the FCC and all other federal, state and local laws.
- Produce all creative imaging (e.g. sweepers, montages, promos, vignettes, parody songs, show intros, etc.) for WGCI-FM, WKSC-FM, & WVAZ-FM.
- Gather and produce listener and client testimonial audio for imaging and brand marketing purposes.
- May be responsible for operating broadcast board inclusive of digital editing, recording and maintaining network feeds.
- Must be available to serve as fill-in air talent on any of the above stations.
- Ensure logged commercials, promotions and any other programming essential to the stations operation are aired.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding indecency and obscenity.
- Be on call for possible disasters, breaking news, or acts of nature.
- Assist with the voice over and production of paid, and non-paid, spots required to run on the station.
- Be an ambassador for the radio station when out in public. Maintain a positive and approachable attitude when around listeners and clients.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of on-air commercial radio experience required and three (3) years of production/creative production experience, excellent verbal and communication skills, outstanding ability to relate and communicate with target audience, positive attitude both on and off the air.
- Strong knowledge of NexGen, G-Selector, Vox Pro, and Pro Tools or similar systems.
- Knowledge of all FCC rules and regulations.
- This is an AFTRA position.
- Applicants must possess a strong work ethic, be well-read, punctual, and be a team player with a cooperative attitude.
- Applicant must deliver engaging and compelling on-air content.

Job Purpose:

- Maintain archive of all programs.
- Assist with live broadcasts.
- Occasional board operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to affiliates and listeners.

Skills Required:
- A thorough knowledge of radio broadcast equipment is required.
- Familiarity with Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, and NexGen is a plus.
- The candidate should have a strong technical understanding of the web, including discussion boards, video sharing sites, podcasting, and social media platforms.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail is critical.
- Candidate must also be a self-starter.
