In 1997, Chicago radio and television veteran Jerry G. Bishop talked with WLFD-TV "Fox Thing In The Morning" hosts Bob Sirott and Marianne Murciano. Bishop had returned to Chicago to be part of a tribute at the Museum of Broadcast Communications entitled "An Evening with Jerry G. Bishop and Rich Koz: The Night of the Svengoolies" and spoke of his career in local media.
