Comcast SportsNet Chicago To Air 17 Live College Football Games In 2012

Comcast SportsNet Chicago has announced its 2012 college football schedule for the remainder of the year. A total of 17 games will air live on the local sports channel, including four away games for the Illinois State University Redbirds and the Homecoming game for the Northern Illinois University Huskies.

The five live games featuring Illinois colleges will be:
Saturday, September 8 - Illinois State @ Eastern Michigan - Noon
Saturday, September 22 - Illinois State @ Western Illinois - 3:00pm
Saturday, October 13 - Buffalo @ Northern Illinois - 2:30pm
Saturday, October 27 - Illinois State @ Northern Iowa - 4:00pm
Saturday, November 3 - Illinois State @ Indiana State - 1:00pm

In addition to the above five football games, CSN Chicago will air 12 football games from teams within the Conference USA (nine games) and the SEC (three games). Games will air live each Saturday, starting on September 1st at 7:00pm with Texas State @ Houston. Check out the television station's website, CSNChicago.com for exact times and schedules.

Along with these college games, CSN Chicago will air a pair of weekly college coaches shows during this season. "Inside Notre Dame Football with Brian Kelly" will air Tuesdays at 4:30pm and "Northwestern Football: The Pat Fitzgerald Show" will air Tuesdays at 11:30pm.
