WKSC-FM/103.5 Kiss FM's afternoon host Jordan is taking tomorrow off. The station has found a very interesting fill-in host to take his place, though. Ne-Yo, the Grammy Award winning R&B singer/songwriter, producer, dancer, and actor (and now, radio DJ) will take over the 103.5 Kiss FM airwaves Wednesday afternoon from 4:00pm-7:00pm.
In a statement today, Jordan said: "I needed someone to fill-in for me tomorrow during PM drive, so I hit up my boy Ne-Yo to see if he could do it. He was all about it."
While playing Chicago radio DJ, Ne-Yo will taking about his new album "R.E.D.," which is released next week, plus playing some tracks from it. Additionally, Ne-Yo will be giving away concert tickets to see Usher and Maroon 5, plus register some listeners for the chance to fly on a private jet to see Taylor Swift's beginning tour dates from the front row and meet her.
If having Ne-Yo on the air wasn't enough, after the end of Ne-Yo's take over of WKSC-FM at 7:00pm, a surprise special musical guest is supposed to take over the 7:00pm hour of DJ Special K's shift, as well.
