This Friday, WTMX's Eric & Kathy will once again begin off their annual 36 Hour Radiothon for Children's Memorial Hospital. Every year since 2000, The Mix's extremely popular morning show has been doing this marathon broadcast, drawing attention and raising funds for Chicago's top pediatric hospital.
The 11th annual radiothon kicks off Friday morning at 6:00am and ends Saturday at 6:00pm. Throughout these 36 hours, Eric Ferguson and Kathy Hart, along with the rest of the morning show staff and much of WTMX's air personalities at varying times, will be on the air bringing stories about families who have used Children's Memorial Hospital services and the medical staff of the hospital who help change those families lives.
In addition to listening on WTMX-FM/101.9, fans can watch the show via webcam at this link

Last year's radiothon raised over $1.6 million. In the 10 years Eric & Kathy have been doing these radiothons, they have raised over $16 million for the hospital. The money raised stays here in Chicago and is funneled to the greatest areas of need at the hospital.
Children's Memorial Hospital is a not-for-profit organization that relies on donations to help provide care to over 100,000 patients and families each year.
