Chicago Blackhawks Pre-Season Broadcast Schedule

The Chicago Blackhawks have announced their pre-season radio & TV broadcast schedule today. For the first time ever in the history of this proud franchise, a record four pre-season games will be televised. Additionally, two pre-season games will be broadcast on the radio and one will be broadcast on Internet radio.

Out of the seven pre-season games the Chicago Blackhawks have scheduled, the following four will be televised on either Comcast SportsNet (CSN) or WGN-TV:
Wednesday, September 22nd - at Tampa Bay Lightning - 7:00pm - CSN
Friday, September 24th - at Detroit Red Wings - 6:00pm - CSN
Saturday, September 25th - vs. Detroit Red Wings - 7:00pm - WGN
Sunday, October 3rd - vs. St. Louis Blues - 5:00pm - WGN

Once again, the announcers for the televised Blackhawks games will be the highly popular team of Pat Foley and Eddie Olczyk, regardless if the game is shown on CSN or WGN.

Out of the seven pre-season games the Chicago Blackhawks have scheduled, the following two will be broadcast on WGN-AM:
Saturday, September 25th - vs. Detroit Red Wings - 7:00pm - WGN
Sunday, October 3rd - vs. St. Louis Blues - 5:00pm - WGN

The two games on WGN-AM will also be streamed live on WGNRadio.com. In addition to those two games noted above, a third game will be streamed live exclusively on WGNRadio.com, but not aired on the radio or shown on TV:
Friday, October 1st - vs. Pittsburgh Penguins - 7:30pm - WGNRadio.com

Also once again, the skillful announcers for the radio broadcasts will be John Wiedeman and Troy Murray.
