Could WBBM-AM & WBBM-FM Have To Change Their Iconic Call Letters After The Entercom Takeover?

As reported here earlier this month, CBS Corporation and Entercom Communications jointly announced that the CBS Radio division would be merged into by Entercom. The details of this transaction have been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). These details include possibly forcing radio stations that share call letters with CBS Television stations to have to change their call letters. In Chicago, that means WBBM-AM/Newsradio 780 & 105.9 and WBBM-FM/B96 would need new call letters under certain circumstances.
