As I suggested earlier, he might have been a good national host to replace Alan Colmbs and compete with Sean Hannity. Not any more....
Not only is his case without merit, radio is one of those "at-will" businesses which fire and hire as the boss see's fit....union or otherwise. This happens at AFTRA shops as much as at non-union shops.
